Forgive Yourself

When you think of forgiveness you think about being  hurt or offended by someone else. You may not consider the possibility  that you need to forgive yourself. There might be a mistake you made, an offense you made against someone else or even an opportunity you missed.   There are times when you can correct your mistakes but then there are times when you can't. You are left with not only the consequences but sometimes the constant thought of what could have been or what you could have done differently.  When you focus on what could have been or what can't, you miss the time you can focus on what will be in your life. You Are Enough!

Greetings Sister, I want to encourage you today.  The holidays tend to hit everyone differently. Some see it as a joyful time of year. Others see it as a time of sorrow and a reminder of what they don't have. Instead of worrying and being fearful. Focus on what you did accomplish this year. Celebrate Yourself

Most days you may feel like your to-do lists outweighs everything else. Instead of thinking about the big picture or final outcome, instead think about the small steps you take. We really don't  celebrate ourselves enough. We don't celebrate the small wins which lead to the bigger wins. Each day you are making progress . The fact that you keep going is an even greater win. Celebrate Yourself Sis, With Love,   Megan

Bible Verses For The Single Mother

There is no doubt that my life and the lives of my children would not be what they are without GOD. I did not always have a reciprocal relationship with GOD. Nothing like give, take, listen and receive. It was more like, do what I want , with who I want , when I want. - Megan  Then ask GOD for forgiveness and guidance when my plans did not work out. Of course that did not last too long. One thing I have learned in my not so perfect walk as a woman and mother, the word is living.Meaning, when you read it you get a deeper understanding of it . You may read one verse on a Monday and on...
